In a design breakthrough, the Rug Doctor Pro engineering team developed a triple-function Automated Sponge Tool that allows a single operator to apply solution, loosen dirt and extract the residue through the vacuum hose in just one pass. By contrast, other systems usually require a 2-3 person crew to perform the same work (one operator to spray on solution, and one or two others to wipe away the residue).
